FRAG Srl are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Commissioning Coordinator for Oil & Gas project. The candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants.
Main Responsibilities: - Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departments
- Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule
- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations
- Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and scheduling
- Review vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
- Issue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibility
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logistics
- Oversee preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors at the site within your operating area
- Approve work orders according to the Permit to Work procedure to enable scheduled works
- Ensure the correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking register
- Lead and train your team, identifying and addressing any training gaps
- Optimize the maintenance plan, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedback
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projects of Oil & Gas sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency knowledge of English language
- Schengen Visa holder
