Purpose of the Job

Assembly traction equipment in conformity of standard rule and target.

Responsibilities

To be able to perform in full autonomy the following manufacturing task:

To read and apply the assembly work instruction sheet
To use manual jig, tools and equipments (keys, screwer, etc) and lifting tools (crane).
To use dynamometric tools (manuals and automatic)
Knowledge and application of screw torque for mechanical assembly
Ability to develop in full autonomy LV and HV looms
Ability on the special process as crimping, gluing, IGBT assembly
Respect of the safety and hygiene norms

Experience

A previous experience in the same position in Industrial context
Knowledge of Traction system equipment and relative Industrial processes
Previous experience on high power equipment (traction and auxiliary converters, battery charge etc…)
Previous experience on wirings assembly
